Welcome to Signal Traider! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Signal Traider platform and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Disclaimer Regarding Trading Signals and Responsibility

Signal Traider provides AI-powered trading signals for informational and educational purposes only. Our service delivers insights and potential trading opportunities based on market analysis, pattern recognition, sentiment analysis, and news insights. 

By using Signal Traider, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

• No Financial Advice: The signals provided by Signal Traider do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not financial advisors, and our service should not be construed as such. All information provided is general in nature and does not consider your personal circumstances, financial situation, or investment objectives. 
• No Guarantee of Results: Trading in financial markets, especially cryptocurrency futures and spot trades, involves significant risk and is highly speculative. There is no guarantee of profits or specific outcomes. Past performance of any signal or strategy is not indicative of future results. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate significantly, and you may lose all or a substantial portion of your investment.

You assume full responsibility for these risks.

Definitions

• Signal Traider: Refers to “Signal Traider” and the company operating the platform. 
• Account: The user account on the Platform created by you, limited for use by you via your Login Credentials. 
• Signals: Recommendations for buying or selling cryptocurrencies shared by Signal Traider, generated by AI algorithms and market analysis. Users have the option to configure third-party software (such as auto-trading bots) to act on these Signals. 
• Platform: The platform developed by Signal Traider to enable you to access AI-generated signals for trading in cryptocurrencies. The Platform is available through the Website. 
• Services: All features, functionalities, tools, content, and information provided by Signal Traider through the Platform and Website, including the provision of Signals. 
• Subscription Term: The initial term of your Subscription, plus any subsequent renewal subscription term(s). 
• User(s): Individual private person(s) or legal entity(ies) making use of the Services. Users are also referred to as “you.” 
• Website: The official website of Signal Traider, currently located at https://signaltraider.com/. 

Registration and Personal Account

• To use our Services, you must visit our Website. 
• To access all functions of the Platform, Signal Traider requires you to register and create an Account. During registration, you must provide your e-mail address and choose a strong password. Your e-mail address and chosen password together form the “Login Credentials.” 
• You are fully responsible for the confidentiality and non-disclosure of your Login Credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You may not allow any third party to use your Account. 
• If, for any reason, your Account is blocked or deleted, you are no longer entitled to use the Platform, including by creating a new Account. 
• You warrant that all information provided during Account creation is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account data. 
• Signal Traider reserves the right, at any time, to discontinue certain functionalities of the Account, Platform, or other Services, to refuse to grant an Account to any person, and to demand additional requirements for granting an Account. 

Offers and Prices

• All offers and free trials for the Services are subject to these Terms. 
• Prices displayed on the Website and Platform do not include taxes and expenses, unless otherwise indicated. 
• Signal Traider reserves the right to amend its prices at any time. Such price changes may take effect immediately upon notice. 
• Signal Traider cannot be held to an offer or quotation that can reasonably be understood to contain an obvious mistake or error. 

Subscription

• A Subscription is required to use all functions of the Platform (“Subscription“). Subscriptions are offered for a fixed amount per year or month, as specified on our Website. You can apply for a Subscription on our Website and Platform. 
• Signal Traider offers various packages as a Subscription, which may differ in features such as real-time signal alerts, pattern recognition, sentiment analysis, market insights, customized trading strategies, and support levels. Details of available packages are on our Website. 
• The Subscription shall commence and expire in accordance with the start and end dates indicated in your chosen subscription package. 
• Signal Traider will grant you access to the Platform corresponding to your Subscription immediately upon the start date. One subscription allows for the use and setup of one Signal Traider account. 
• Subscriptions may renew automatically or require manual extension, depending on the payment method and subscription type. Signal Traider is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your failure to extend or renew your Subscription, including loss of access to the Platform. 
• All sales of Subscriptions are final. Signal Traider maintains a strict no-refund policy on all Subscriptions. Once a Subscription has been purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued. 

Payment

• The price of the subscription is paid periodically (e.g., yearly or monthly) by you. Possible payment methods are displayed on the Website and may include cryptocurrencies (e.g., ETH) or other payment solutions. 
• In the event Signal Traider is unable to collect the fees due, or you fail to pay the fees, Signal Traider has the right to disable any functionality of the Platform or Account without prejudice to any other rights Signal Traider may have.
